I am using IE 7 and when I go to youtube its giving me a mssg saying that javascript is off ...?

I have checked, double checked, and is enabled. Also my macromedia flash is updated so it is not that either, any one has any idea what am I supposed to do next please? When I used to have IE 6 i never had this problem..any tech out there who can help me? Thank you!
