I am trying to download IE 7 yet keep getting a message.?

I have been trying to download IE 7 and right at the end of the download it says "update\jesetup.exe is not a valid Win32 application. I just want to know exactly what that is and what can I do to fix the situation so I can download IE 7. By the way I have Windows XP Home Edition if that helps. Thanks
