Can Borders gift card be used to buy ANYTHING off of Amazon.com or only things that say,"Sold b

For example, if you go here: http://www.amazon.com/360-Elite-System-C...

that product is sold by Amazon.com, so technically, if I had a $500 Borders gift card, it would cover the whole order.

But do gift cards cover things NOT sold by Amazon.com but by others selling on the site, like this one is sold by: Midwest Sports THROUGH Amazon.com:

I wasn't aware that Amazon accepted Borders gift cards.. but if they do than yes you would be able to use it for anything. I have bought stuff on amazon that came from all kinds of differant places.. I only made one payment to Amazon and they pay everyone they deal with.

shipping is another story.. they will only offer supersave shipping on certain items because they can be grouped together.
