Actually, my dad was in yahoo and hit some button twice and when he got back to the desktop some of his icons were gone including internet explorer. We got most of the icons back but can't find IE. And when I tried to walk him through program files to download IE he didn't have the same folders that I did. Everything is gone

If your dad is using windows xp he should do a system restore to an earlier date ...He can find that by going to start%26gt;programs%26gt;accessories%26gt;system tools.
