How to remove "Yahoo Search" from IE address bar and how to move the address bar beneath t

I just got Vista Basic and on IE 7 on the right side I have a search feature, Yahoo. I uninstalled the "Yahoo Toolbar" under program and features, but when I open IE, I still see on the right side Yahoo! Search. How can I get rid of that?

Also, the address bar is all the way on the top. How can I have it underneath the menu bar?

Yahoo is set as your default search engine. click on the little arrow to the right of the search input field and change the default from the drop down list.

see above to move the search bar (you may need to move a black 'separator' bar to the right to make it move down below the top line.)
