Can I download IE 7 on Win 2000 (Genuine) and install it on XP (Not Genuine)?windows xp sp2
It's possible, but I wouldn't risk it. You might accidently install IE7 and Media Player 11. I know you think that's your intent, but once you do install them, you'll wonder why you weren't doing something more helpful for yourself...like going outside and slamming your head against the sidewalk.
Can I download IE 7 on Win 2000 (Genuine) and install it on XP (Not Genuine)?microsoft sql server internet explorer
i doubt it but its worth a try microsoft use the software to see if your using a compatiable system if might say windows 2000 is not compatiable and wont let you download but im not 100 % sure i never used windows 2000
i dont think so. the latest versions of internet explorer and windows media player are desuigned for windows xp, at least a service pack 2, and these cannot be downloaded to a geniune windows 2000. i guess you just have to live with the consequences of using a pirated copy of windows. try linux instead. its free.
no b/c during installation it checks if ur windows is genuine and u cant install ie7 on 2000
