What version of IE or Firefox do I need to use SSL?

I cannot login I have 6.0 IE w/128kb encryption and 1.0.7 Firefox.

SSL will work just fine on IE 6.0 because it comes standard with 128 SSL encryption. The only recommendation I would suggest is to upgrade your Firefox to 1.5 just to be sure you have all the latest updates and security patches, available at http://www.getfirefox.com .

For the IE issue, I would recommending checking for updates at microsoft: http://update.microsoft.com
