New Yahoo Toolbar not visible on IE 7.0?

After upgrading to IE 7.0 I downloaded the new Yahoo Beta 7. The option is listed under toolbars but it is grayed out. How do you activate the option?? Does it work like the old one? Liked the option to select mail from IE

RIGHT CLICK ANYWHERE IN TOOLBAR SECTION OF THE BROWSER AND MAKE SURE STANDARD BUTTONS IS CHECKER IN POPUP MENU. IT SHOULD BE THERE SELECT IT.

IF YOU USE FIREFOX: ITS THE SAME AS INTERNET EXPLORER, EXCEPT THE OPTION IS CALLED NAVIGATION TOOLBAR. I HOPE THIS HELP:-)
